Welcome to aiicle, an online general merchandise store offering household, lifestyle, accessories, seasonal, personal-use, and other consumer products. These Terms apply to aiicle.com and purchases made through the store. Please review them and the linked policies before ordering.
1. Store use and eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering a purchase agreement in your location. Do not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, interfere with security, or misuse other customers' information.
2. Product information and availability
We aim to present descriptions, photographs, measurements, prices, and availability accurately. Screen colors and manufacturing batches can vary, but goods must conform to their description and applicable legal requirements. Products and future offers may change. If a material error affects your order, we will explain the issue and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund rather than imposing an undisclosed change.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt. We may decline or cancel an order for inventory shortages, payment verification, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or a clear pricing error. If we cancel after payment, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Please retain your confirmation and order number.
4. Customer information and communication
Provide accurate contact and delivery information and monitor the email address used at checkout, including spam folders. Respond promptly to reasonable requests relating to your order, address, customs, or delivery. Incorrect information can delay delivery; any reasonable additional costs will be explained and applied only where permitted by law.
5. Prices and payment
For our current European Union market, product prices and shipping charges are displayed in EUR. The final order amount and any charges collected by us are shown before payment. Your bank may apply its own conversion or processing fees. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We do not store complete payment-card details.
6. Shipping and delivery
Normal processing is 3–7 business days, followed by estimated standard transit of 18–35 business days after dispatch. Please read the Shipping Policy for destinations, EU01/EU02 charges, the EU01 free-shipping threshold, tracking, customs, and delay support. Estimates do not override a specific delivery commitment or mandatory consumer remedies.
7. Cancellation, returns, and refunds
For non-personalized goods, cancellation requests received before shipment qualify for a full refund. For personalized goods, cancellation requests received before production begins qualify for a full refund. After shipment, the return and withdrawal process applies. Our Return and Refund Policy explains the 14-day return notification period, applicable exceptions, return shipping, refunds, and the absence of restocking fees. Contact info@aiicle.com for the correct return instructions. These provisions do not limit statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or faulty-goods rights.
8. Intellectual property
Website content belongs to aiicle or its suppliers or licensors, as applicable, and is protected by intellectual-property law. No ownership is transferred by browsing or purchasing. For permission requests or infringement concerns, contact info@aiicle.com. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
9. Third-party services and links
Our store uses Shopify and may use payment processors, carriers, and other service providers. External services may have separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for unrelated external content, but using a service provider does not remove our legal responsibilities to you.
10. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and how to exercise privacy rights. Optional marketing consent is separate from communications necessary to process an order. You can unsubscribe from marketing without losing essential order updates.
11. Liability and events outside our control
We take reasonable steps to keep the website and fulfillment services available. Maintenance, network interruptions, severe weather, customs delays, transport disruption, and other events can affect service. We will provide reasonable assistance if an order is affected. Any exclusion or limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty, unsafe, or misdescribed goods.
12. Governing law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or court-access rights available under the law of their country of residence.
13. Changes and contact
